Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Maryland Soccer Foundation, Maryland SportsPlex, Adventist HealthCare Fieldhouse, Soccer Association of Montgomery (SAM) and all other internal programs and offerings. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will use a proven track record in marketing, a passion for sports, and the ability to drive results to improve the marketing reach and visibility of these departments. The Marketing Manager will also assist with strategy and execution of an overall sponsorship program to grow sponsorship revenue and executed sponsorship deliverables.
Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desired.

Manager On Duty - Weekday Daytime
The Maryland SoccerPlex is currently seeking an enthusiastic, positive, hard- working, self- starter to join the team as Manager on Duty, for daytime weekday hours. This individual should be motivated, open-minded and environmentally conscience. As a member of the SoccerPlex crew, this individual is responsible for front line customer service at the front desk as well as performing office administrative tasks and duties. The Manager on Duty will assist other departments on various projects as needed. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

SAM Clinic Coaches – Part Time
The seasonal Soccer Coach will be responsible for the coaching of SAM soccer clinics for youth ages 2-12 at the Maryland SoccerPlex. The seasonal Soccer Coach will lead and teach classes based on a set curriculum, which focuses on fun, challenging activities and character development, under the guidance of the SAM Managers

Café & Event Crew Member – Part Time (Weekends Required)
As a Café & Event Crew Member, you will work as part of our customer-facing and event support team at the SoccerPlex. This role includes preparing and serving food and beverages in the café, assisting Adult League Supervisors with check-in and scorekeeping, and supporting tournaments and special events with setup, cleanup, and miscellaneous tasks. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted position requiring flexibility, a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and ready to work Fridays and weekends.
