Adult Outdoor Soccer League

Maryland SoccerPlex

The Adult Outdoor Soccer League at the Maryland SoccerPlex provides a high quality, organized playing environment for adult teams across multiple age groups. Leagues are structured by age group and division to ensure competitive and balanced matchups.

Teams may register for one session with 8 games per session.

• Session 1: Begins March 9

Game Schedule & League Structure

Games are played Monday through Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM on the synthetic turf fields at the Maryland SoccerPlex. All matches must kick off and conclude on time, as field lights are pre-programmed and will shut off promptly at 11:00 PM.

League play by day is structured as follows:

Monday

• Coed Open
• Men’s Open

Tuesday

• Men’s 30+
• Men’s 40+

Wednesday

• Women’s Open
• Men’s 50+

Thursday

• Coed Open
• Men’s Open
• Men’s 30+

Divisions & Game Format

7v7 (including goalkeeper):

• Men’s Open (18+)
• Men’s 30+
• Women’s Open
• Coed Open (minimum of 2 females or 2 males on the field at all times)

8v8 (including goalkeeper):

• Men’s 40+
• Men’s 50+

Uniforms

Teams will receive league jerseys during their first registered session only. Jerseys will not be reissued for additional sessions, and teams are expected to retain and reuse their jerseys when participating in future sessions.

Levels of Play

Leagues are offered at multiple competitive levels to accommodate a wide range of playing experience. Placement is designed to promote balanced competition and quality match play.

Within each division, teams may select the competitive tier that best matches their experience.

 

Gold Division (Competitive)
Designed for experienced teams seeking fast-paced, high-level competition. Most players have competed in club, collegiate, or top-tier adult leagues.

 

Silver Division (Intermediate)
For players with prior soccer experience who want organized play with balanced competition. Games remain competitive while maintaining a social and enjoyable atmosphere.

 

Bronze Division (Recreational / Beginner)
Ideal for players who are newer to the sport or simply looking for a fun, low-pressure soccer experience with an emphasis on fitness and enjoyment over competition.

 

How to register:

The team captain will register the team and pay the deposit for the desired session listed above.  After that registration, your team captain will invite all team members to register.

• To register, 1 member of your team will register the team by clicking the appropriate link above. After that registration, your team captain will send the rest of the team members an invitation to register as a team member.
• $990 per team
  • A deposit of $200 is required to consider your team in the league.
    • The entire team fee must be paid by 12:00 pm on the day of the first game.
  • Online registration only accepts VISA, Mastercard or Discover and includes a $50 non-refundable administrative team fee.
  • There are no refunds issued once the schedule has been created and the league has started.
• Max roster of 14 players
• League Winners receive $50 off the following session (indoor or outdoor) play, but must be the following session.
