Sports Meets the Arts Camp

The Maryland SoccerPlex & BlackRock Center for the Arts have partnered again to bring you a full-day camp where Sports meets the Arts. Campers get the chance to spend half the day playing sports, like soccer, dodgeball, kickball, basketball, flag football, and much more with our Fun for All Sports Camp. While in with Fun for All Sports Camp, campers will take field trips to the Splash Park, Mini Golf, and the playground (all located on our grounds)! FAQ’s:

Is this an indoor camp?
The Sports Meet the Arts Camp is an indoor and outdoor camp. Campers will spend half the day playing and the other half creating art. The art portion will be held inside the Adventist HealthCare Fieldhouse in our Grand Art Room.

What should my child wear?
Since campers will be spending their time running around, they should wear comfortable athletic clothing/shoes and bring plenty of water!

What should I pack for my child?
Full-day campers will need a packed lunch, snacks, and plenty of water!

What should I pack for my child on Splash Park days?
On days that we visit the Splash Park, please have your child wear their swimsuit under their play clothes and make sure to pack a towel & change of clothes (shirt, shorts, socks and sneakers). If you opt to put these items in a secondary bag, please make sure that it is something that your child can easily identify as their own. Additionally, please apply sunscreen prior to your arrival to camp. If your child needs to reapply throughout the day, please make sure to pack some in their bag.

Do the campers have to wear masks?
Masks are optional.

What is the withdrawal & refunds policy:

Withdrawal and refund requests must be submitted prior to the start of camp week session. Refunds will be given minus a $50 non-refundable administration fee per camp week. This administration fee applies to ALL camps held at the Maryland SoccerPlex and Adventist HealthCare Fieldhouse. No refunds will be issued for camp sessions missed by participant, or after final session of a camp week.
