As we head into a short break in the SAM season this weekend, it’s the perfect time for a quick refresher on SAM Soccer and Maryland SoccerPlex rules that help keep the fields game-ready and the vibes high.

⚽ Field & Facility Reminders

• No pets on fields (leashed on paved paths only)

• No smoking or alcohol anywhere on the grounds

• Park in designated areas only

• Warm up beside goals, not in goalmouths or closed fields

• Do not move equipment (goals, corner flags, benches, water jugs)

• Clean up after yourself—trash and recycling bins are everywhere!

🤝 Respect the Game

We’re all in this together—players, coaches, and spectators are expected to follow our Code of Conduct:

• Coaches are responsible for their team’s and supporters’ behavior

• No physical, verbal, or emotional abuse will be tolerated

• Respect our referees—abuse = immediate removal from the field

Our officials are professionally trained in partnership with MSYSA and SAM Soccer to ensure fair, consistent play.
